THE NEW DIMENSION IN ACOUSTIC dampening mats

We are pleased to introduce our newly developed, puzzle-shaped, acoustic dampening mats: the ideal solution for sound and vibration insulation, as well as floor protection under rubber tiles.

The floor is perfectly suitable for gyms and private use with fitness equipment. The material can withstand heavy loads. In 80% of situations, this product is the solution against noise and vibration nuisance.

The size of a single plate is 1205 x 805 x 25 mm and is made of expanded polypropylene. The unique design makes these expanded polypropylene damping mats distinctive. In addition, they are exceptionally durable thanks to the properties of Expanded Polypropylene, a sustainable raw material that is fully recyclable. The material even meets Foodgrade standards.

The material is extremely easy to work with and can be customized for any space with basic retaining materials.

The acoustic qualities of this product have been tested by Peutz BV. The measurements took place in a room for impact sound insulation (improvement), where the room was equipped with a 14 cm concrete base floor, in accordance with the specifications of a "Heavyweight reference floor" according to NEN-EN-ISO 10140-5:2021.

NB!

However, the floor is not suitable for situations where one spot is continuously under intense stress. For instance, repeatedly dropping a weight on the same spot. Despite this, they are ideal for sound-dampening applications in various commercial spaces, including offices, shops, recreational and sports facilities.
