1 General

The Lifemaxx B.V. headquarters is based in The Netherlands. Here we design the products of our brands Lifemaxx, LMX.® and Crossmaxx®. The production of the products is spread over Europe and Asia.

Lifemaxx can help you in the complete process of starting a new gym or transforming existing fitness areas. We can help you creating and shaping the idea, visualizing the space in 3D, and realizing a new gym. Please contact our team at [email protected] or +31(0)10 415 9800.

In the Benelux countries we offer the Lifemaxx Delivery service. This service can also include a full installation of your workout space. We can install your flooring, install rigs and racks and unpack all products. The cost of this service is upon request. Please email [email protected] for more information.

2 Account

Creating an account is very easy! On the Home Page of the Lifemaxx website you see in the upper right-hand corner the words “My account / Register”. When clicking this you will go to the “Create an account” page. Here you can either follow the steps to create a new account or log-in when you already registered your account.

On the website please go to “My account / Register”. On this page you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot your password?”. We’ll send you an e-mail with a link so that you can create a new password.

In “My wishlist” you can save all the products you’d like to keep an eye on. When you are signed into your account, you can add as many products as you’d like to the section “My wishlist”. Adding an article to your wishlist is very easy: all you have to do is go to the product’s page and click on the small heart that you’ll see on the right side of the product name.

Once you’ve signed in, you can change your account information directly in the “My Account” section: you can update your account information, modify your billing or shipping address, and/or sign up for the newsletter to stay in the loop of the latest Lifemaxx news.

You can delete your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected] with the request to delete your account along with all its data. Our staff will process you request. The elimination of your account will delete your purchase history, any discounts, invoices and any other information related to your account and purchases. All orders and information will be deleted and will not be recoverable. 3 Orders

Buying on our website is simple and intuitive. Select the products you would like to buy in the desired quantity and add these to your cart by clicking “Add to cart”. Next, select your shopping cart in the upper right corner of the website. Here you will be able to see the list of products in your order and see the shipping cost and shipping options. On this page you can also use a gift card or discount code that you might have. By clicking “Proceed to checkout”, you’ll be taken to the checkout page where you’ll be asked to complete your information to finalize the order. On this page, you can choose the payment method that you prefer.

No you are not obliged to register an account on our website. It is also possible to place orders and proceed to checkout as a “guest”. In this case you do not have to register. For commercial customers we advise to create an account. Upon repeated purchases someone of the Lifemaxx team will contact you for the benefits.

Unfortunately, once you confirmed the order it is not possible to modify the order anymore. To cancel your order, you can send an email to [email protected]. In this email please specify your order number and the reason for canceling. Our team will then contact you as soon as possible.

For registered Benelux commercial customers it is possible to order by telephone. When the orders is bigger or contains of a lot of different items and quantities we ask you to email your request to [email protected]. In this way we limit the possibility of any communication mix-ups.

Yes of course! We are happy to make a quotation for the products of your choice. In order to do so, please send us an email at [email protected]. Please mention the following information in this email; products you are interested in, quantities, invoice information, delivery information, VAT number (if available) and phone number. We will make sure that you will receive a suitable offer within 48 hours.

In order to see the status of your online order, please login to your account on the website. In your account under the section “My orders” you have an overview of all your orders and its status.

“Preparing order” – order is placed and will be send to our warehouse for further preparation.

“Shipped” - order is send to our warehouse for packing and within 1-2 working days you will receive a message of the delivery of your order. This message can be a track & trace link of the forwarder we use or this can be a phonecall from our logistic planning department.

If you did not place the order online and you would like to know the order status, then you can email [email protected], please mention your ordernumber and name.

Usually, all online orders will be processed by us within 2 business days. It will be 2 business days after we received payment of the order. After this we will inform you about the delivery of your order. The delivery of the order can take up to 5 business days to be delivered, depending on the country of delivery.

Lifemaxx B.V. can ship your order to any country you would like. Through the website we can directly calculate the shipping cost for orders to The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France. If you would like to know the shipping cost for your order to any other country, please email us at [email protected]. We would be happy to calculate the shipping cost of your order to the desired place of delivery.

4 Payments

Online you have the option to pay with iDEAL, creditcard, PayPal, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking and bank transfer. The order should be paid upfront or when collecting the order at our office in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Yes, it is possible to choose at checkout for payment option in3. With this option you choose to pay for the order in 3 monthly installments. The order value should be between €200,- and €5.000,-. This option is currently only available for customers from The Netherlands.

It can happen that for some reason your chosen method of payment is not working. This can happen for several reasons, perhaps the credit card details have not been entered correctly or perhaps the card has expired. To finalize your purchase, we recommend you to choose a different method of payment. If you continue to have problems with payment, please contact us at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you.

Yes. Once you start the payment process you will be taken to a secure payment environment. All transaction information will be sent encrypted through an SSL connection.

5 Delivery and installation

Usually, all online orders will be processed by us within 2 business days. It will be 2 business days after we received payment of the order. After this we will inform you about the delivery of your order. The delivery of the order can take up to 5 business days to be delivered, depending on the country of delivery.

The shipping cost are calculated based on the volume and weight of your order. You can see the shipping cost when clicking on the shopping cart in the upper righthand corner of the website. This will take you the page where you see a full overview of all items currently in your shopping card and here you have the possibility to enter the country of delivery to calculate the shipping cost. We also offer the option to collect your order at our warehouse in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

As a registered customer on our website you can change your shipping address in the “My account” section of our website. To change the shipping address of orders that are already confirmed, we ask you to email [email protected] as soon as possible to change the address.

We do our best to process all orders as soon as possible. In case your order is urgent, we ask you to contact us on +31(0)10 415 9800, we will see if we can give your order a little more urgency.

If the product you want is in stock, it is possible to pick it up the same day at our warehouse in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

The transport companies we use to deliver your order will deliver the order at the first door at the ground floor. For deliveries in The Netherlands and Belgium we offer the option to deliver and install your order at any floor you require, at an extra cost. To get a quotation of these cost, please send an email to [email protected].

Yes, this is possible! We can do this ourselves at all locations in The Netherlands or Belgium. If you are in any other European country, we will get you in touch with one of our partners in your country to help you with your request. Please send an email to [email protected].

Please check the track & trace link of your order. This link may contain more information about the delivery of your order. It is possible that the date and time of delivery has shifted, for example when the delivery company could not finish its round in time. Also check whether the delivery address is correct and check your email, you may have received a "not at home" message or that your order has been delivered to the neighbors. If you have not received your package after 5 days, please contact us by calling +31(0)10 415 9800 or sending an email to [email protected]. We are happy to help you.

If you have received a product that you did not order, please contact [email protected]. We will then ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible.

If one of the products you ordered has not been delivered, it is possible that this product is packing in a different package that is still on its way and will be delivered within 1-3 days. You can view this in the track & trace link of your order. It is also possible that one of the items you ordered was unexpectedly out of stock and will soon be sent to you, this can be seen on the packing list under the heading "remainder". If your order is delivered with damage, we would like to ask you to indicate this on the document that you sign upon receipt of the order. In addition, we ask you to take photos of the package before you open it. If the product inside the package is also damaged, we would like you to send an email to [email protected]. In this email we would like to receive the photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will then solve it for you.

6 Returns and Refunds

You have a cool down period of 14 days in which you can return our products without having to give us the reason why, starting from the date of delivery. Exceptions are especially assembled products (for example LMX75 and LMX75C dumbbells and LMX55 cable per meter) or special requests and products especially ordered to your order.

Refunds will be made to the same IBAN account number within 7 days after receipt of your return shipment.

A product cannot be returned when the product has been used, when a product has been assembled or when the product is no longer in its original packaging.
