The LMX96 Crossmaxx® Hollow Technique plate 50mm (2,5 - 5kg) is the perfect technique plate for beginners and for technique training!
The LMX96 Crossmaxx® Hollow Technique plates (2,5 - 5kg) are made of high-density polyethylene plastic (HDPE) so they can weigh 2.5 / 5 kg. The hollow plates have the same diameter (45 cm) as the competition Bumper plates. 

The LMX96 Crossmaxx® Hollow Technique plate 50mm (2,5 - 5kg) are available in the following KG:
2.5 kg (red)
5 kg (white)

Tip for a long service life! The LMX96 Crossmaxx® Hollow Technique plate 50mm (2,5 - 5kg) Can only be dropped (not overhead) om a proper lifting platform such as the LMX1744 Crossmaxx® Lifting platform or rubber tiles (minimal thicknesss of 2 cm).
