The LMX2301 LMX.® Foam grip rowing handle is an ergonomically shaped grip. The handles are about 20 cm apart and the wrists are in a slightly inward position with this handle.
The LMX.® Foam grips are made of a steel core with a neoprene foam cover. This ensures a good grip and will reduce the chance of damaging the coating of the fitness equipment compared to regular steel handles.
