Ik wilde een lat pull bar zonder soft grip, rubber grip of wat dan ook. Gewoon één van staal met profiel dat zich vastbijt in je handen. En dat doet deze lekker! Heb hem aan het plafond hangen met een stalen ketting en hij is perfect gebalanceerd. Ik gebruik hem voor pull-ups. Doordat deze aan 1 haak in het midden hangt kan je niet compenseren met je sterkere arm. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je je rug links en rechts gelijk traint.
