The LMX1051 Crossmaxx® Landmine for LMX1054 offers an easy, cost-effective and space-saving solution and is specially made to easily attach to the LMX1054 Crossmaxx® Half Rack.
The Crossmaxx® Landmine for LMX1054 is used together with an Olympic barbell. In this way, the landmine helps to improve explosive strength and core stability and different muscle groups can be tageted.
Using almost any Olympic bar, the user can perform numerous exercises such as rows, deadlifts, presses, squats and jerks.
