The original LMX1570 LMX.® Aqua bags can be filled with water. The water creates an instabillity what make it possible to not only train the larger muscle groups, but also all other muscles that are often forgotten! 
Because of the uncontrolled movement of the water, the body posture and the execution of the exercises are also automatically corrected if necessary. This makes the LMX1570 LMX.® Aqua bags (size S - L) ideal for rehabilitation. 
The cover of the LMX1570 LMX.® Aqua bag (size S - L) is made of very strong PVC and the four neoprene handles allow you to do all kinds of exercises. 
The LMX.® Aqua bags can easily be filled and emptied by means of the protective cap.

Tips for a long service life!
- not suitable as boxing pad or throwing/slamming onto the ground.
- coating is suitable for smooth (indoor) surfaces. If used on paving, the cover will wear out more quickly.
