The LMX2306 LMX.® Foam grip tricep bar is an ergonomically shaped grip for tricep training. The handles are about 25 cm apart.

The LMX.® Foam grips are made of a steel core with a neoprene foam cover. This ensures a good grip and will reduce the chance of damaging the coating of the fitness equipment compared to regular steel handles.
