With the opening of BeneFIT Studio Wassenaar, located at the Van der Valk Hotel Den Haag - Wassenaar, BeneFIT Studio has taken another significant step in offering high-end personal training. Thanks to close collaboration with Lifemaxx, the space is perfectly tailored to meet the high standards BeneFIT Studio demands in both functionality and aesthetics.
Marcel Keppel, owner of BeneFIT Studio and winner of the title Best Personal Trainer of the Netherlands 2023/2024, has a clear mission: “We aim not only to train our clients but to inspire them with a holistic approach to training, nutrition, and health. At BeneFIT Studio, it’s all about awareness and achieving lasting results."
From design to realisation: A challenging project
The location in the basement of the Van der Valk Hotel posed unique challenges, such as low ceilings and a shared space with the hotel gym. Marcel explains: “It was important to ensure that our clients would still enjoy an exclusive experience, even in a shared space. Thanks to Lifemaxx, we were able to achieve this.”
Designing the space required multiple layouts and close consultation with the Lifemaxx team:
“What I really appreciated was the ability to visualise my ideas. The designs immediately provided a clear picture of how the space would look. During my visit to the showroom in Rotterdam, I could see and test the equipment myself. This gave me great confidence in the final decisions.”
A future-proof shop-in-shop concept
The collaboration between BeneFIT Studio and Lifemaxx resulted in a unique 'shop-in-shop' solution within the hotel gym. “The challenge was to combine our exclusive personal training concept with the open accessibility of the hotel gym. Lifemaxx helped us achieve this brilliantly. The result is a functional and stylish space where our clients can train at their best.”
Marcel speaks highly of the collaboration with Lifemaxx: “From the initial design to the installation, the communication was always clear and professional. Any obstacles were quickly and effectively resolved. This kind of collaboration is definitely worth repeating!”
